Before our time together:
Pre-session meditation (30 minutes)
Before our Zoom session, I meditate for 30+ minutes to read your 7 main chakras, life purpose, current purpose, and path. I may also connect with angels, spirit guides, the Akashic records, or draw Oracle cards. Through this process, I will receive information about what is keeping you feeling stuck or blocked and how to progress forward on your path.
During our 1:1 session:
Reading + intuitive coaching (60 minutes)
During our hour together on Zoom, I will share a comprehensive overview of your current energy map and actionable steps that you can take to support your unique spiritual journey in this lifetime. I provide a safe, loving container for you to receive a deeper understanding about your purpose, where you may be experiencing energetic blocks, and tools to move towards Soul alignment. During this collaborative and healing experience, I will continue to share intuitive messages for any questions that come up for you during the reading.
After Follow-up Session:
Integration 1:1 call (15 minutes)
Your energy reading includes a post-session Zoom call approximately 2 weeks after our initial session to evaluate your integration of the intuited messages. This is not an additional reading; this is a brief spiritual coaching session to support you in assimilating the recommended practices and information.

A 45-minute meditation pre-session during which I meditate on your energy centers and receive intuitive messages.
One 60-minute live session when I share the information and guidance unique for you.
A 15-minute follow up coaching session about 2-3 weeks later to discern integration of the energy reading.
