We each have a unique journey. Sometimes the path is clear and our direction is sure. Other times, the path may be clouded by fear, anxiety, and grief. Spiritual Direction is a safe place to be still, integrate, and re-connect to Truth.
Spiritual Guidance
“Whenever we do something out of alignment with our soul, we create suffering.” - Annias Nin
What is Spiritual Guidance?
Spiritual guidance is a process of seeking direction or support in exploring and deepening one's spiritual journey. It involves working with a mentor who provides guidance, insight, and encouragement on matters related to the inner self, such as personal growth, self-awareness, healing, connection to a higher power, and finding meaning and purpose in life. Whether you are numb to the concept of God (Source/Universe/Divine Mother), or wanting to deepen your connection to the God of your understanding, Spiritual Direction is the sacred space to listen together.
My Approach:
As a Spiritual Counselor, my intent is to offer a safe and supportive space for you to explore your spiritual beliefs, experiences, and questions, while helping you to connect with your inner wisdom and intuition. I provide wisdom, guidance, and encouragement to assist you in deepening your connection to your inner Self and to the Higher Power of your own understanding. My approach is compassionate, intuitive, and deeply respectful of your personal beliefs and journey.
Who Spiritual Mentorship is for:
Spiritual guidance is often sought by individuals who are looking to deepen their spiritual practice, overcome challenges or obstacles in their path, or simply seeking greater clarity, peace, and purpose in their lives. It is a deeply personal and individualized process that respects each individual's unique beliefs, values, and experiences.
What Spiritual Guidance includes:
Spiritual Guidance does not insist on a specific theology, religion or dogma. It is a deep respect for the understanding that all answers lie within...and sometimes we need a little support connecting with the Voice of the Inner Self.
My Background:
I am an Interfaith Minister, ordained by the Center for Sacred Studies. This nonprofit organization is dedicated to sustaining ways of life, based on collaboration and reciprocity with the Earth and all Her beings. The directed study created the opportunity to explore many spiritual methodologies, practices, traditions, and philosophies. I experienced the privilege of learning from many indigenous elders, teachers, ministers, and shamans.
Session Format:
My standard rate is $125/50 minutes and $175/80 minutes.
I use a sliding scale to make my services accessible to a diverse range of people. Please send me an email if you’d like to discuss financial considerations.
I offer both in-person sessions at my office at 429 Roper Mtn Rd Suite 901 in Greenville, SC and online sessions via my platform Practice Better.

As an interfaith minister, I don’t represent one specific denomination. My role is to welcome people of all faith backgrounds—or none at all—and to support them in whatever spiritual or personal growth they seek. My work brings together lessons and practices from a wide variety of traditions, so people can find what’s most meaningful for them.
My personal practices are heavily influenced by the 8-limbed path of yoga, Buddhism, Taoism, and earth-based ways of prayer as taught by the Original People.
You might say my denomination is “Earth.” : )

For spiritual guidance, most clients start by scheduling sessions on a bi-monthly basis, although weekly is not uncommon when a person is navigating a stressful transition in life. For maintenance, most people see me on a monthly basis for spiritual support.
I conduct sessions both in-person and virtual.

Yes, I would be delighted! As an interfaith minister, I collaborate closely with couples to craft ceremonies that authentically reflect their spiritual or religious preferences, allowing full choice in elements like music, readings, rituals, and family inclusion. Please contact me to discuss the details.
